PRiSM is the marketing cell of IIM Lucknow. Its roles and responsibilities are as follows-

To generate an interest in marketing among the students of IIM Lucknow by providing a platform to develop and hone marketing skills through live on-the-spot events, live corporate projects, workshops, case studies etc.
• To link theoretical knowledge with practical application and give the students an opportunity to relate marketing concepts with real world business problems

Placements:
Assisted students in preparation for marketing roles during summer and final placements by providing them with PRiSMags, a bi-annual company-wise brand analysis journal covering the following topics:
• Company background & history
• Brands’ Evolution and product information
• Positioning Strategy Analysis of major brands
• Latest Ad campaigns & Analysis
• CSR Activities
• Competition Analysis

Committee Events:
Marquest – Marketing event exclusively for first year students which includes 3 rounds of quiz on brands and branding techniques followed by a comprehensive round on developing marketing strategy
Mark Mania – A 2 round online event comprising a quiz based on marketing concepts followed by an online simulation game
M-Day – Annual flagship event spread over 3 days with multiple back-to-back marketing-based team events, workshops and competitions. The winners across all the events are titled the Marketing Champions of the campus
Markhoj – Brand-based treasure hunt which witnesses more than 200 students mapping out the campus

Corporate Events:
PRiSM conducts the Lucknow chapter of national corporate events in the domain of marketing throughout the year. Some of the events are as follows –
• Asian Paints Canvas – A case study contest for second year students
• HUL LIME – Popular business challenge contest conducted by HUL & CNBC TV-18
• Marico “Over the Wall”
• Philips Blueprint
• Coke Showcase

Workshops & Live Projects:
PRiSM also conducts workshop & live projects to provide learning opportunities for the students. Some of these include –
HUL Unplugged – Live case study and workshop on integrated marketing technique
ChannelPlay – Live project providing insight into retail engagement
• Marketing Workshop by Mr. Anshuman Mishra & CSFA examination
• Marketing Workshop by Mr. Swapnil Kumar (HUL) & Mr. Anand Vardhan (Miller Heiman)
